My name is Becky Parsons and I have lived here for almost a year now. The management is awesome, maintenance is very responsive and the community houses a wonderful group of residents. I guess if you would have been following the rules you would not have gotten any comments left on your voice mail. Quite frankly, I take comfort in the fact that management is on top of whatever it was that you did and caled you. At least they did not hide bedhind a form letter and was bold enouigh to call you directly. That's the kind of management team I want to have behind my community. Maybe you are not the type of resident that is good enough for this community and should find another community to live in.

I think the manager wrote this comment. I think it is pretty sad you have to convince yourself you are doing a wonderful job. By the way I have lived here for four years and I have never met a Becky Parsons. Nice to see you don't care if your residents leave LISA OWENS (MANAGER), and very sad you have to write your own positive comment on apartment ratings. By the way the residents at this community pay far too much in rent to tolerate your snotty condecending attitude. We can find a much nicer apartment community with much better customer service. I would recommend you take some classes in customer service, or just do us all a favor and quit.
