I lived there for 1 year and I did not see any roaches in my building.The maintence staff was pretty efficent whenever I had a problem.The only two complaints I had were 1) my bathroom sink was constantly clogged and 2)no washers & dryers in the apts.When maintence came to fix the clogged drain the problem persisted.I never had any problems with the office staff.Of course you will hear the children in the neighborhood from time to time but thats to be expected when you live around other people.All and all I think The Villages at Marley Station is a good place for the price.I would live there again.
