I moved here in 2002 and now I want out. Eight separate times in four months we have not had hot water in our building, there's trash and graffiti and dirt. They fixed my furnace with parts from a burned out unit down the street because my furnace is so old, when it broke, they don't manufacture parts for it anymore. The sump pump failed last week and I had water in my floor furnace vents that I must deal with to prevent mold. I'm getting out. This complex has been let go for too long.
