Gone down hill

I moved in The VAMS in 2002. I was a wonderful apartment for just one person. I had no complaints. Since then maintainence have gone downhill. You request for a repair and they don't come. You call back and they still don't come for weeks, when before you would call and they would be there the same day or the next. They would leave a card to say the problem was fixed but it was not. People sit outside on the sidewalk with the music in there car playing with there lawn chairs like they are in the park or something. I don't know about anyone else but, when I come home, I really don't want to see anyone having a party outside of my apartment. People also set up smoking parties outside. You go to walk up to your apartment and they are people outside smoking, you have to walk through that mess - very inconsiderate. I had a neighbor who would sand in the hallway every morning smoking a cigeratte with shorts on and not shirt. Now who wants to see that or smell that first thing in the morning. Right now, the light in my closet is hinging on by a thread, I called several times and still no one has come. That is a fire hassart. Then there is the management office. You call there and you have to check yourself the be sure that you are not the one with the problem because they act as if you are interupting them when you call. The last rent signing they messed my information up some kind of terrible. Something that should have taken a half hour took almost three hours. They even told me to go and run my errand and come back. It still wasn't correct. They have a very high turnover.
