The rent is cheaper than anything else around, but the maintenance staff have the biggest turnover I've ever seen. The plumbing has gone bad and you can't seem to get anything fixed. Roaches, broken glass, trash all over, the common hallways smell of urine, jobless young people wondering around and partying all hours, latch-key kids screaming in the hallways at all hours of the day and night cause the mom's aren't home, broken security doors, security cameras that don't work, washers in the laundry areas that are vandalized or broken, I could go on and on. Yes the rent is cheap and some people really need cheap rent, but this place doesn't allow for any dignity in how one lives regardless of income. The Health Department needs to listen up for a change.
