Actions speak louder than words.
I went to sign my lease this pass week. The Receptionist at the front desk was very flat and rude. She seemed unconcerned while I stood there for 10 min as she filled out the paper work. She never Welcomed me. The Manager asked how could she help me and then I was helped. She said i can only do one thing at a time goodness. What they think I got 12 hands and 2 mouths.
Well after that the young lady that did my signing was nice. So if you can get past her you will be fine.
I love my new apartment the carpet is so pretty, my vanity in the bathroonm is nice.

It's been 7 months now since you've posted this... Do you still feel the same way? Can you tell me- what's the worst thing about living here? And the best? Also, do you know if they have bug problems like I read about GreenTree and MillPond?! Eww! My husband and I are looking at this area! Thanks!!

i just wrote my review- hopefully it will be visible soon. just to let you know i live here and all the reviews are pretty much dead on. The maintenence is lousy, the management sucks- quick to post late notices on your door (embarrassing!) but slow to fix stuff. also,about the bug problem- you'd probably be better off with the bed bug problem i've read about greentree than the giant waterbugs/cockroaches some dirty person has brought to my building over the past year or so! we are thrilled to be able to get us and our infant daughter out of there 1st of June- check out gatewater landing- pricier but very nice ammenities, nice area and much better staff!!!

FYI i live here and i got rid of the bugs on my own, ofcourse there weren't any when i moved in and the damned lady told me that they alternate buildings and spray. needless to say ive lived here for a year and they sprayed once.
