I have lived at the villages of marly station going on two years. The first year things were great this past year. I have had someone try to break into my apartment twice. The so called 24 hour secuirty they say that are on the apartment grounds took over 15 mins to get there when I called them about the man at my door (mind you a single woman alone and needed help) as for the second time the same thing again. And to make things worse the so called security door down stairS where you have to have a key to get in..or have someone buzz you up is broken has been broken almost 3 weeks now. Maintance is called they dont come do anything. So anyone off the street can just walk into you apartment building. ITS NOT SAFE..ITS NOT GOOD MANAGMENT..You call the leasing manager she never returns callsI would rather pay more money for a place and feel safe ..than pay here and feel scared to live in my own home..They are quick to say your rent is late..but not quick to protect the people the live in the apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO FEEL SAFE.

It's been 3 months now since you've posted this... Do you still feel the same way? Can you tell me- what's the worst thing about living here? And the best? Also, do you know if they have bug problems like I read about GreenTree and MillPond?! Eww! My husband and I are looking at this area! Thanks!!
