Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I live on burton dr and have for the last 2 yrs, the only good thing about these apartments to me is that they are the cheaps around. The maintenance creww are good for nothing. They never fix anything and if they do attempt to fix it then it is broken again the next day. You have to keep on them abnout fixing things or it wont get done. Also the ants are mad crazy, they are everywhere in the spring, summer, and fall( so I hope you like your new tenants for awhile). The buzzard never really worked for my apartment. There is always gonna be bugs in the front of the building, large roaches. Also I hope you like your bathroom inside of your bedroom if you get an one bedroom.
