DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

I have been a tenant here for years. (All I can afford) I have watched different managers come and go. But this is the worst. The management office does not care about the tenants. They are very unprofessional and never return phone calls. Security doors, broken, Security camera, does not work, Fitness Center closed until further notice and has been for several months. Living Room closet falls off the hinge constantly and maintenance, when they finally did show up, did the poorest job of repairing it, while leaving behind black finger marks. Rust throughout the apartment, bathroom screws, LR closet doors, kitchen sink. Cracks in walls, which you won't see until the fresh paint becomes old. No hot water for about 4 days. Bathtub needs replacing, deep dark gray scratches in the tub, maintenance covered with a white mat that they will not replace. (bath tub is yellow) toilet is white, sink is light brown. Walls are paper thin. You will hear everything going on in your neighbors apt. above you, beneath you and beside you. Very, very noisy. Trash dumpster is consistenly running over with garbage in the streets. I've seen so many evictions I've lost count. And the people steal any and everything they can get their hands on. When you move out, you are charged for misc. normal wear and tear items. There is so much more to add but I'm getting pissed just thinking about it. I'm here because I have no other choice at the moment but I'm back in college now and working on my way out of this dump. Trust me when I say that I am not exaggerating about anything in this note. Trust and believe that you will get screwed big time if you move here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I completly agree. The mangement here sucks, as already stated. For someone just starting out these apartments seem ideal, and are very affordable. As a single mom this was very appealling to me. I moved here from Columbia and knew nothing about Glen Burnie or about these apartments. My first year here everything was ok, management as stated always took a long time to fix any maintance request and would often times do a shabby job just to shut you up. The best staff members there are Tanya and Barbara the receptionist, everyone else treats you like a piece of meaningless dirt. My second year hear, my buliding changed, new neighbors moved in and as a result the dynamics of the buliding severly went down. Now it's nothing but loud music, by the one girl who moved in upstairs and thinks it's ok to have loud drinking binges with her unruly trailer trash friends. I'm tired of coming in my aparment and smelling weed by my neighbors who somehow think it's cool to smoke weed. All hours of the night people let thier company's friends kids run up and down the steps just to get them out thier hair so the can smoke thier weed, or go to the other nieghbor's house and leave the kids in the other nieghbor's apartment so they can again smoke thier weed. People constantly are stomping around upstairs above me, or having loud animal sex like two pigs tussling for a roll in the mud, to the point where I have to take my broom and hit the ceiling. My favorite is the same chick who drives the hyundai santa fe who always takes up two parking spaces, maybe she is iliterate and can't comphrehend parking between the two white lines. If you have been exposed to prime living, trust me moving here will be the biggest culture shock you will ever have. it's ghetto, the people are ghetto and everything about this place screams ghetto, they say you get what you pay for, and I would rather take my money and pay more for something I can be proud of instead of ashamed.

I do agree with you wholeheartly management sucks but the real problem is the turn around on staff over and over again... Food for thought maybe the turnover is due to employee tenant relationships or employees that hook up their own people or how about the stealing from tenants and government funding as they jerk around tenant in hope that we wont report them and countinue to live in this kind of situation... I say to you darling save keep your eye on the prize and move just like i will be doing soon....
