I really dont have any complaints yet and I have been there a week and a half. For the money it seems nice, except for the hallways. My apartment is cute, but you have to walk through this hallway that has filthy walls, dirty muddy brown carpet that smells like piss and mold. I bought an airfreshner and someone stole it outta the hallway after it had been there for maybe an hour. Oh yea and the laundry facilities are a hike from the building, really sucks during winter weather. Other then that I am happy with no complaints, will up date this in a few weeks.

wondering how you feel now??? I bet the laundry situation, hallways, management and maintenence are starting to sink in huh? thinking about that lease expiration date already, right? LOL- i hate it there!!!

I live in your building with the nasty smoker from the first floor. he smokes so much in the hallway and outside of the door that you cannot even breathe. My apartment stinks and Im on the bottom floor. The hallway is disgusting and smells like piss.......Ugh!! Wait until the summer. The waterbug (roach) situation is ridiculous...It is sooo nasty. This place is terrible and believe me when I tell you ......don't renew your lease.

Yea the raoches/ waterbugs are disgusting..and unbelievably big. For awile I would catch them in my apartment but i havnt had one in like a month. My new battle is maintnence, its horrible. dont get me wrong, I see the guys all the time and they seem busy and they are really nice but damn, i put a ticket in when I first moved in and no one has come to fix it. My air conditioning broke and 3 weeks later after calling twice they gave me window units instead of just replacing the outside unit. Last week the wall between my bathroom and my daughters bedroom was flooded, turns out my neighbors tiles wernt grouted. Now my daughters room is wet in smell and appearence. they were suppose to come out today and replace the drywall but of course no one showed up. I have to say I will not be renewing, this is rediculous. I may not be loaded with money but I can afford to go some where else for my daughters health and happiness. You would think the company who owned these piece of crap apartments would care cause the only people moving are the people who arnt drug addicts or dirty.The poeple who know you can get better....
