Renting from Town and County has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I hate them with the fire of 10,000 suns. The management and corporate staff are the rudest, most inept, and uneducated bunch of losers I have ever come across. If you enjoy going without heat for 17 days in December, rent here. By the way, make sure you document every encounter lest they "lose" your maintenance orders. Not to mention the gas leaks. There was one at my building that almost blew up an entire portion of the complex, thanks to the maintenance man taking off a clamp that BGE had put on the pipe due to a tennant?s nonpayment. I guess they wanted to rent the unit out right away without concern for the other tenants safety. If you like people entering your apartment without permission and leaving your sliding door unlocked, you may want to consider this place. Who cares about valuables and safety' It?s fun to make your tennants life a living hell. (At least that is I what I think their motto is.) I wouldn?t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am still trying to get out of my lease. One more piece of advice. If you like to go to court over ANYTHING, they will certainly help you out. Better pay your rent on time, and not a day late, or you?ll be talking to the judge!
