My Car was broken into 3 times and had tires Slashed. Gangs of kids walking screaming at each other in the middle of the night. Was almost assalted by one of those gangs of kids Dirty, unmaintained, laundry rooms, Dog's ---- all over the place that you can't open your grounf floor window because it stinks. Rent too costly for size of Apt and there are NO amenities you pay for everything-they pay fornothing (you pay own water & sewer, cable, Elec & gas now where other places include some of that & cable in prices) Oh and don't get home lat or you can't park anywhere near your house

Needless to say this is my last month there I am buying a house in a safe area of maryland!!
