This was my first apartment out of college. I liked its convenience to shopping and major roads, although I was a little weirded out that there is no fence or boundary between my parking lot and the back of the Royal Farms store. Maintenance was pretty bad--you had to call at least twice to get things done, and even then it would take a week. I would jog thru the neigborhood and never had any problems... except that belongings from evicted tenants were left on the side of the road at least once every month--not very appealing.
Noise was definitely a problem. Especially from the moron upstairs--her stereo was so loud my windows shook! When I complained to management, they must have mentioned that I was the one who complained, b/c she confronted me! That's just totally backward.
