The new suburbian ghetto

This place is an inner city ghetto tucked away in suburbia. The music from multiple cars never stops; there are beer bottles all over the parking lot and severe loitering occurs on a daily basis. I would like to know how all these people are able to rent without a social security or credit check when we have to go through and pay for all of that. There is a large amount of public drunkeness along with people grilling on their decks (against the fire code) and filling your apartment with smoke because the airconditioner located on your deck takes in all that air. I was told new bathrooms were on their way as they are falling apart and not put together real well. The window situation is a whole other story. Complaints to the staff appear to do nothing. I thought once the new company took over things would change but it is quite evident now that nothing here will ever change.

First off how do you know that "these people" dont have ss cards, are you trying to state a fact or just your opinion? Because it is a fact that the forms of ID that are a must are DL or ID, SS card and 2 most resent pay stubs. As for getto did you look at some of the other properties aperently not huh? Here is fine and everywhere has its own ups and downs at least they are in the process of fixing the problem I would recommend my friends and family to live here.
