I have read some of these reviews and it is quite obvious who the disgruntled people are-the ones who write a novel instead of a review.Apt. living is just that-apt.living.If you dont like noise-buy a home! If you don't like minorities-move to a remote island. If you say these apts. are too expensive-bottom line YOUR CHEAP.Go somewhere else and see what $800 in rent will get you(good Luck).I have gathered 3 things from these negative reviews-these people hate dogs, are racist and have ENTIRELY too much time on there hands

You can't buy a "home" in MD that isn't in the 'hood or way out in the country unless you cough up $325k or more , and even then, that's for a townhouse, where you are still attached to your neighbor, and you will still hear noise, while paying $1600 or more a month for your mortgage, not to mention HOA fees, etc. You must not be from around here. A little over $200k might- and I mean MIGHT- get you a "condo" that is really a converted apartment, if you're lucky, in a halfway decent spot. But probably not. Personally, I'm getting the %$^# out of this state when it's time to buy a home, get a real house.
