MY HUSBAND AND I MOVED INTO THE WOODHILL APARTMENTS 5 YEARS AGO THIS UPCOMING DEC.UNTIL THIS PAST WEEK WE LOVED OUR APARTMENT ... ABOUT A WEEK AGO WE NOTICED BLOOD SPOTS ON OUR SHEETS SO I LOOKED UP ON THE INTERNET BED BUGS...I CALLED THE LEASING OFFICE AND FLAT OUT ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD BEEN HAVING BED BUG PROBLEMS... SHE HEISTED AND SAID YES WE HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS.I THOUGHT OK .. SO I PACKED EVERYTHING UP ...WASHED EVERYTHING THAT COULD BE WASHED AND STOOD BEDS AND BED FRAMES UP..AND AWAITED FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND SPRAY.... FINALLY SOME GUY SHOWED UP WITH A LIST OF APARTMENTS AND A WAND TO SPRAY ...HE SPENT LESS THEN FIVE MINS IN EACH ROOM .... THEN HE WAS OFF TO THE NEXT APARTMENT ON HIS LIST... (NOT MY NEIGHBORS)... NEEDLESS TO SAY THE BUGS ARE STILL THERE... WE HAVE TALKED TO NEIGHBORS ALL AROUND US AND SOME OF THEM HAVE BEEN HAVING THESE PROBLEMS FOR MONTHS... THE LEASING OFFICE NEVER SENT OUT A NOTICE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW OF THE PROBLEM ...THEY TOLD MY HUSBAND THEY DIDN'T THINK SENDING A NOTICE OUT WAS THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION..NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WON'T LET US OUT OF OUR LEASE AND STILL ARE REFUSING TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEM AS A WHOLE... THEY ARE JUST GOING TO SPRAY INDIVIAL APARTMENTS SO THE THINGS JUST RUN BACK AND FORTH FROM APARTMENT TO APARTMENT ... WE HAVE CALLED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR THEM TO CHECK OUT THE APARTMENTS...I HAVE HAD TO THROW OUT EVERYTHING FROM MATTRESSES TO THE TV'S COMPUTERS COUCHES... PICTURES I CAN GO ON BUT I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DON'T FIND IN NESSARY TO TELL THERE TETANTS ABOUT BED BUGS!

First off let me say that I honestly believe you are over reacting to this situation. There is no need to throw all your belongings away.As for notifying the whole property, this is not normal procedure unless the property is totally infested with any "bug".Next, no management company "lets people out of their leases.I am sure there is a lease buy out if you feel you must run away from the problem.As for the exterminator, did you advise the office of the quick and obviously bad service you received? Let conclude with saying I do understand your concern and aggravation about this situation, but do you honestly feel coming here to complain instead of voicing your concerns to the staff at the complex is really going to help you?

we did talk to the lesing office and the buldings were infested ..the bed bugs were everywhere in our stuff.... so yes we are getting rid of it ... no one is asking u to live with bugs so util u know what it is to have to live with bugs in everything u have earned for 5 years ... i don't think u understand!

we have noticed the leasing office ; they ignore us daily. we have also notified the health department ; but this is a slow process. we will be getting out of this hell hole as soon as our lease is up.
