This place has been a nightmare since i've moved into this hell hole. It all began on 4/12/08 loud music coming from my next door neighbors all through the nite and day 24/7, broken beer glass on the pavement on friday and saturday nites. I was so happy when they moved out needless to say just when I thought all was well it wasn't. The roaches and bed bugs quickly took over my apartment. I notified managment and the health department right away. As it seemed like management was doing there job to rectify the problem. The infestation of these critters was still too much. To make a long story short I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here unless you want ROACHES AND BED BUGS!!!!!!!

I'm living at Woodhill, too. We have had the roaches as well. It's been so bad that we've had to fog the apartment. We have been sucking them up in the vacuum whenever we see them, but they're still there. It's just so gross. Sometimes I think, "Do I really deserve to live in an apartment where I'm afraid to go into my own kitchen?" Were you ever able to get completely rid of the roaches?

I resided in Woodhill for 11 yrs. property manager and maintenance is terrible. My bathroom was caving in and i had to get the health dept involved before they would do anything. The day I was taking them to court is when the rushed in and completed my bathroom. The mouses are terrible. I was killing 2 mouses a night, the roaches was terrible, then came the bed bugs, my son and I still have the marks from where the bed bugs was bitting us at night. One morning I woke up my whole face was swollen, I had to go to the emergency room, they thought I had a allegic reaction to something, I was seen by a dermotogist, allergy doctor and no one could figure out was going on. I had to do my own research to find out that the bed bugs was attacking us at night. If you cut the light on at night you would see them on the wall. My son bedroom walls had so many blood stains on the wall.
