These apartments are below living standards .

These apartments are dirty and have rodent infestation . Roaches and Mice are the main issues . People have moved out because of the issues of having bed bugs . The matinence does not do proper jobs ; exhaust fans leak , toilets clog , and electrical outlets either burn out your appliances or do not work at all . All these events were explained to me as " normal " . The staff minus about two people are not friendly or welcoming with issues. The helath department is often involved with sub-standard health issues . The management teams use illegal practices and use very unprofessional tactics to correspond with tennants . The apartments are over crowded , usually with 5 or more adults living in two bedrooms ; yet the management team ignores this issue . This is such a big issue because the water bill is divided evenly in between the tennants in each building. Supplies are generally not refilled such as doggy pick up bags , and the grass seems to remain uncut in the summer which leads to even more unwanted pests . The apartments are put together very poorly ; paint peeling , low grade carpets that tear up easily , therefore diminishing the chance of getting your full security deposit returned. Although they advertise 24 hour maintenance this is a fake artifact . Most simple matinence jobs such as replacing a showerhead takes 2-3 days to get fixed ; after writing in many complaints or maintenance requests. I would not reccomend these apartments to ANYONE.
