This place has to be the worst apartment complex in the world. To start, you share your water bill with everyone that lives in your building. In my situation, there were over 10 people in a 2BR apt below mine. There is an infestation of BED BUGS! and yes they do BITE! Management (Dee Casey), has this idea that the Bed Bugs only stay in one apartment therefore only treating those apartments of the people who complain. I had the health inspector to my apartment on numerous occassions as she noticed the infestation not only in my apartment, but throughout building 202. The health inspector had to threaten Dee Casey (Property Manager) with fines, insisting that the entire building needs to be treated and not just those who complain. Since dumb ass Dee Casey would not comply, I had to take Bethany Group (management company at the time) to court to get out of my lease. The judge let me out of my lease, and I did not have to pay 2 months rent which was good. The bad part is that Bethany Group filed for bankruptcy and now I do not believe I will get my security deposit back. Anyone reading this and thinking about moving here, I beg you PLEASE look elsewhere as this place will suck you dry (literally!) SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Per Googled Anne Arundel County Landlord/Tenant law, if you do not receive your deposit within 45 days after vacating, you are entitled to file for & receive up to 3 times your deposit amount. You need to file a claim as a creditor with the Bankruptcy Court of Central California. Ask for the Bethany Group/Woodhill Apartments case number, the form you need to complete & file with the Court for your deposit. Keep strict watch on your case so you don't lose out. Also file complaint about water & sewer billing to Attorney General's Office with documents. Keep after them to investigate, as you could be entitled to refund for "overbilling." Yes, sadly, they are the worst. Good luck!
