Good for the cost

To start I'm one of the pickiest people I know so I'll never think things are perfect. I like my apartment here at because it is just right for the cost. I searched all over for an apartment that fit my budget and wasn't a rat hole. I looked at all of the ones in my budget then went back to the ones I like the most (I can tell you I didn't get out of my car at some of them.) I think the reason I chose this one for the most part were for two reasons the lady in the office and the location. No, it isn't exactly "waterfront" as it is advertised because it is Marley Creek but its quiet and I don't have to worry about having to look around at night to make sure no one is hiding somewhere ready to jump out. Then I tend to agree with the last person the lady in the office is real cool. She seems young yet still relates to everyone who comes in. I see her walking sometimes (I guess just checking on things) and she says hello to everyone she sees by name. When she was showing me the apartment it was around rent time I guess because all these people were coming in and they all seemed to really like her. I dunno, not my problem really. The apartments are good for the cost and the community is nice. I would recommend it!
