Well Ive read the negative side to Twin Coves and I understand you cant please everyone, but I've lived here for 5yrs and I just love it. It's very quiet, clean, no problem with maintenance here, they respond pretty quickly. As far as the water smelling, my apartment is right on the water; what a view so relaxing. In the last 5yrs I havent smelled any nasty water in summer. The parking isnt as bad it's made out to be either. As far as amenities, Im sure glad Twin Coves pays for water and trash, we have free storage too and nice little picnic areas with barbque's. As far hearing between the walls and floors, the walls and floors have concrete between them on sides and above. We have a new manager here as of about six months ago, and myself and the residents thinks she great! So I would suggest to anyone before passing judgment about Twin Coves, come out and view the community in person. Im sure you will like what you see.
