I enjoyed my stay here. The only real issues I had was people parking in my spot when it snowed & when I was filling in my application, I was told my rent would never go up more than $20 a month. The first renewal it went up $60 and the second renewal it was going to go up $90. I had a townhouse with a patio. I couldn't have asked for better neighbors. Maintenance was always swift and complete. The rental office was always very helpful. Had the rent not become a house payment, I would had stayed!
