I am thinking about moving into an apartment here but the sight of roaches gives me the creeps. This is the main reason why I have avoided apartments for years because dirty neighbors brings the pests and it does not matter if you exterminate; they will keep coming back because of the dirty neighbors. I lived in Valley Brook apartments eons ago and that place was filtrated with roaches. I do not want to live through that ever again. Can anyone comment on whether this is a problem here' Thanks.

No roach problems in the 2yrs we've been here. No mice either. Crickets sometimes tho.
