I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and the rent is around 1400 and keeps going up every year I am here. They do make a lot of improvments to the community, though. There is a new community center and pool and they just put in privacy fences on the patios. They also added new railings to the front porches.

The maintanence staff is very helpful and friendly, I've only had one bad incident with one maintenance guy who walked in after I asked him to wait, but I chalked it up to him not hearing me.

I always feel safe here and never worry, I even leave my car unlocked sometimes.

Children and teenagers are outside at times but they are always very respectful and very nice.

No real complaints, besides the rent, but it's expensive everywhere nowadays.
