No parking and electric bill high

I choose this complex because I had a house fire and it was available on short notice. In the winter you might as well kind the windows open because the draft is ridiculous. My electric bill was more for an apartments than it was for my 3 story house. And the parking is a nightmare. I was forced to park on the next street over because you only have one parking space per apartment.
