Iffy for the price!

1) no parking, they tow your vehicle if you have more then 2 cars, which is needed by some people. They tow even though there is no clause in the lease that you can only have two cars. BEWArE! don't let your car sit for more then two days or they will tow.

2) electric bill is crazy. I paid about $80 at our old place, here it is $175 a MONTH! the draft coming through the windows is just crazy.

3)they fix things very fast, so that is good

4)it was a STRUGGLE to get them to replace the carpet that had incredible stains and SMELLED like cat pee when we first moved in, they luckily did. The rest of the carpet we left even though it was clear it hadn't been changed in several years and was laden with stains and dirt.

5) Price is rediculous. We are moving to FLorida where prices are reasonable. You shouldn't have to pay more then a morgage to rent a second rate apartment

6)The crickets were insane. We moved in and there was a colony of mole crickets. we had them exterminate, but I don't think that ever happened because the crickets were there until it turned winter.

7)Garbage. We were in a corner and always had the wind bring us insane amounts of leaves and garbage that would always collect at our door step. We tried keeping up with it but just couldn't spend an hour every day cleaning! they said they would take care of it, but never did.

8) Loitering. Again, we were in a corner apartment and frequently had kids loitering RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR FRONT DOOR! people would use our steps to go up the hill to their house where there wasn;t a walkway, there was NO PRIVACY at ALL.

9)the walls are paper thin. You could hear everything, even if you REALLY didn't want to.

10)fitness center. It would frequently take WEEKS for them to fix things in the fitness center. Additionally, they close down REALLY early and open late, doesn't fit on a schedule like I had.

11) the office center was silly. Eventually it got to the point they had put so many firewalls on the computer I couldnt access my email. the doors were locked, it was only open when the office was open.. Ok' so what if I get home later then the office opens'
