The ground have improved but the up keeping in the building is the worst. They are not cleaned on a regular basic. They need a make-over inside the apartment buildings. Also, they control our heat I GETS ENTIRELY TOO,TOO COLD DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. They check it several time saying that the temp reads 72 and but the heat blows out cold air. I got so sick and tired of hearing the same thing and went out to brought space heaters. I wish they could give me my money but that will never happen.
