1. Parking is a nightmare when you have more than one car. People park in the extra parking space and leave their cars there for days so that other people will have to park in another complex.

2. I've never lived in a complex where I had to pay a water bill!! This should be the responsibility of the management company since its their property.

3. The electric bill is outrageous in the winter. ALL of the windows are drafty!!

4. It's overpriced!! You should just take on a mortgage and own property instead of renting here and paying mortgage prices!!

5. My family was fortunate to move into a renovated townhouse. It's very nice and roomy.

6. Mole crickets in the fall are the worst!! Exterminating them won't do anything.

7. My neighbor is a heavy smoker and I frequently come home to a smoke filled townhouse.

8. I love that I have a new washer and dryer in the unit.

It's been 2 months now since you've posted this... Do you still feel the same way? Can you tell me- what's the worst thing about living here? And the best? Also, do you know if they have bug problems?! Eww! My husband and I are looking at this area! Thanks!!

your an idiot. either you like the place or you dont. my fiancee and i have considered moving here. but we cant base anything off of your terrible review. parking is bad. i love the place. the aparment is big. its way over priced. the neighborhood is nice. my neighbor smokes. make a mind since you dont have one of your own
