Too many undesirables live in this place.

Apartments are shoddy and small. Cabinets are ok, walls are horrible. Poor patch jobs done on walls from holes made by previous tenents. Kitchen counter is NOT stain-resistant. Don't spill coffee... Cable wire staples to the floor running the length of the hallway... to a bedroom where it doesn't work. Go figure.

Staff walk by outside your window and if they hear anything of interest, they gossip to your neighbors.

Maintenance is hit or miss. I asked to have a toilet repaired and that was a no-show. Fixing a screen door was quick though.

No folding chairs on your balcony! Or else!!! Front office employees with their petty little tyrannies... they must have pathetic, empty little lives...
