ITS OK HERE,EVERY PLACE HAS PROBLEMS WITH PEOPLE AND YOU CANT SAY THEY DONT.NOTHING OUT OF THE USUAL HERE.EVERYONE ON STAFF TRIES TO KEEP IT ALL TOGETHER AND MAKE IT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.THEY TRY AND KEEP THE GROUNDS UP HERE.VERY KID FRIENDLY.PARTIES AND CLUBS FOR THE KIDS DURING THE YEAR.MAINTENANCE IS OK HERE AND THEY TRY TO KEEP EVERYONE HAPPY.YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE AND SOME PEOPLE JUST LIVE TO COMPLAIN.HOPE THIS HELPS YOU TO DECIDE ON RENTING HERE.I HAVE SEEN AND RENTED ALOT WORSE THAN HERE.ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I GIVE IT A 8.
