Counting down the days until our lease is up, for the price you pay in rent you'd expect to have some type of quality. Honestly I feel like I am in the middle of the ghetto stepping over people that find the need to spend their free time sitting in the stairwells. On our move-in checklist our blinds were broken and in need of repair, one year later that's still the case. I have seen maintenance come to our apartment one time regardless of how many requests I have made for our air conditioning unit, blinds, and other things to be looked at. And don't think you'll have a place to park near your building if you go out for dinner or anything else that runs after 9pm. If you enjoy screaming children and filth this will be your cup of tea.
