mold,old carpet,dirty/unsecure hallways,various leaks,plumbing sewer issues,foul odors,laundry rooms where you don't want to wash your clothes,tons of criminal activity including robbery which occurs in the laundry rooms,broken mailboxes,mice and insects you would find on national geographic,but hey lets not forget the ---- roaches,not enough parking,dumpsters look better than the apartments, balconies look like prison bars,electrical renovations while dwelling in your apt without any type of compensation.
if you are considering making the willows on your home ask a few of its residents if it is worth your while, by the way the entire staff from are no better than the actual property. try if you dare,but once the willows gets you , you are sucked into a wormhole of "weeping ,disgust, and despair"
