If I had known that I would be subjected to all of this mess centered around the renovations that are being made. It isn't necessarily better to be a tenant living here who works at night either. I've not gotten a proper night of sleep since these renovations were begun about 2 months ago. It is very disconcerting to wake up to loud banging and raised voices and to find strange men in my apartment. One of the things that was a draw for myself to rent this apartment was the large linen closet. It has now been transformed into a hot water heater closet. The apartment also had a gas stove that is now being replaced with an electric stove. I wanted to take my family to the pool a couple of weekends before Labor Day weekend and I couldn't because the pool was neglected and the water was green. I've been without water 3 different days so far, while the workers have been installing the new hot water heaters. And I have had to go elsewhere to shower for work. There are dirty hand prints everywhere in my apartment and the carpet is filthy from the workers. I've been told that the paint will only be touched up and the carpets will not be replaced. I have to close this review because I need to find somewhere to take a shower before I go to work.
