i have lived at the willows for almost two years now. upon moving in i informed managment that the bathroom sink leaked. it took them a whole year before they came out and fixed. they are doing all of these upgrades from gas heat and appliances to electric just so that they dont have to pay the gas bills any longer. all of the closet doors dont work and havent since day one. i even went straight to the regional manager about maintance being in my apartment when i wasnt home and specifically started to the rental office when this started that i didnt want any one in there without my permission and yet they still did it. after that i have tried on four different occasions to get in touch with the regional manager again and i have not gotten a call back. would not recomend anyone moving in. there are always kids playing in the stairwells and gangs of teenagers just standing in front of the buildings and when you try to get by they just make rude comments towards you.
