Stinking, dirty hallways
Management is rude and nasty
Grounds people who SHOULD be cleaning the dirty grounds peek in your car instead
Landscaper just chopped up bushes with a saw' giant scissors' Don't know but it looks terrible
Grass has dog crap, beer bottles and trash on it because management is too busy writing nasty letters to residents who abide by the rules to really do anything about problem people
Manangement leaves notes on your door or tapes a bullentin on the entrance door with the threat of throwing everyone out..right away!!
don't call for a maintenance issue because they're doing you a favor if they ever send someone so you should be thankful
laundry machines are so dirty and old but they match the decor of the laundry room...incomplete, exposed giant wires that look like something out of a movie..it's quite scary actually
Management must have an agreement with the electric company because bills average $300 a month even if you're never home
If you clean your car, vacuum it out, wipe the windows or open the hood you will get a letter saying you have to move out if you do it again
If you put a plant or chairs on your balcony you will get a letter saying that you have to move out right away. But if you place a large satellite dish, bedroom dresser or office chairs that's okay.
Giant fences are around the back of the dumpsters but not in the front where you actually see and smell the trash
People have sex behind the dumpsters
