I will say that I am pretty laid back-- I have lived in multiple apartments and seldom had too many complaints. I have a LOT associated with the Willows.

The neighborhood is OK for Glen Burnie. My neighbors were fine. My building was USUALLY reasonably clean. The management staff is HORRIBLE.

Three months after I moved in, I got a notice on a Wednesday night that there would be "work" in my apartment the next day. I stayed home from work to watch my dog while they were working. It took three hours and suddenly I emerged from my room to find that they had cut a section of my ceiling out that was 2" wide and ran the whole length of my dining room. They were, without notice, converting us from gas to electric. For THREE MONTHS my apartment was covered in dust, dirt, and had holes EVERYWHERE. The workers stole medication and movies from us and the management did NOTHING about it when we complained.

We were told our rent was dropping as a "consideration" for now having to pay for electric cooking and heat. That lasted 9 months and then suddenly, as per always, without warning I am getting eviction threats because the rent returned to normal and no one notified me (eviction threats over $35).

Mice were a HUGE problem, despite complaining over and over and over, as well as roaches.
