Not Too Shabby...

My wife, son, and I have been living here for about 2 years now. All in all, I cannot complain too much. This place has served us well overall. I will say that we have had some roach and moth problems, that to this date we have been unable to resolve. It kind of stinks to have to pay $3.00 for a load of laundry that is two floors down, but that's neither here, nor there. I have had my car broken into once (nothing stolen, but they broke a window) and now and again, we have heard gunshots. One time I heard a woman screaming for help late at night and call 911. I never did find out what happened. I have found the space a little limiting, but we also have a lot of stuff. The floor also seems a little unstable, I.E.: I cannot put anything too top heavy on my carpeted floors or else it will fall over when we walk near it. Most of my neightbors are nice, and the ones that aren't, I havn't had any problems with. The parking is a little limited, and the roadnoise from Elvaton is bad enough that I cannot leave my son's window open or he will be woken up (lots of riced-out cars at all hours of night, random people having screaming matches at 2 in the morning). All in all, I would recommend this place, but please look at it first to make sure that it fits your needs.
