I unfortunately rushed into a lease here. This was my first apartment so I neglected to pay close attention to everything before we moved in. The first day of actually moving in I noticed the kitchen cabinets were DISGUSTING. I spend over 4 hours scrubbing everything in the kitchen. Brown gunk was coming off. And still to this day no matter how hard or long i clean it never seems clean. The bathtub is gross too. I haven't and will never take a bath in the tub i dont even like standing in bare feet. The halls are dark & depressing and smell sometimes. My neighbors are friendly and i've never had any problems w/any of them. I won't go outside alone at night though. If I come home late my boyfriend comes out to my car and walks me in. The living room is also shaped weird so there is a lot of unused spaced and we have to arrange the furniture oddly. The closet doors always get stuck. Also i noticed that the walls have hair painted into the walls. I guess when they painted before we moved in they used cheap brushes and the hair came off and they just left it. The apt above us leaks water when they take baths and covers our bathroom w/water i've had to replace the curtain 4 times bc water damage. And now mold is growing on the ceiling and they still haven't fixed it and its been 8 months now. I just can't wait till the lease is over. I'm sending my notice in next month hopefully they wont give us any problems. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you have children.

Hi! I moved out of these apartments in May of 2008 before my lease was even over.I ALSO rushed into this, because I thought it was a good idea, BOY was I wrong, my apartment was infested with roaches, which I still have nightmares about! You're right, the neighbors were real nice, however if you like roaches and funky carpet, broken entry door, that doesn't lock and,a jacked up bathtub( which I also had) then this is definitely the place!
