I have lived here twice! From May 1998-February 2000 and from May 2001 to the present. Management at Woodcrest is very responsive and friendly. Foolishness by residents will not be tolerated. The Management really cares about who they rent to as this is a neighborhood where the residents care about each other and socialize with each other at the pool. If you are looking to rent a place and deals drugs, have 10 people live in the unit, run a prostitution business, etc. don't even think of renting at Woodcrest. Management and the residents will not tolerate it.

The buildings were built in the mid and late 60's. They are kept up very well and maintenance is very prompt to respond. The grounds are well kept and they are currently adding to the landscaping. There is a lovely inground pool with covered picnic area and the residents frequently hold weekend cookouts by the pool during the summer. Parking is good, although it can be tight on weekends. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient to everything. A Giant Food is only 1 block away. The community is very quiet and many residents enjoy morning and evening walks. Residents take pride in their homes and enjoy decorating during different holidays. Woodcrest is a great place to call home.
