In my opinion there are only 2 things good about these apartments . they're cheap and they're clean. the parking is awful, people have two and three vehicles and do not abide by the "property managers" (and i use that term very loosely) policy on parking because the property manager does not enforce the policy. people hog and hawk parking spaces.
if you have a problem other than maintenance don't waste your time talking to Diane Bradford unless you're one of her cronies.
Management is more interested in aesthetic landscaping than solving issues between tenants. there is no one in the mgt. office on the weekends, the office opens after most people are at work and closes before most people get home from work. not to mention how frequently mgt. closes the office early.
mgt. wants to do as little as possible until they can retire.

Seems like a simple solution to the parking mess would be to give designated parking space(s) to each apartment. They do this at other condos and rental units. It would be nice to pull into your same old spot every night. One of the spaces should be fairly close to your apartment entrance.
