Woodcrest is next to Heritage Hills which is a notoriously bad area for drugs...which has begun to infiltrate Woodcrest. The property manager has is tired, time for her to move on. She no longer enforces the lease agreements. I know of several instances where three AND MORE adults are living together in one bedroom apartments. Can you say "third world country'" The maintenance is not on top of repairs as well as it had been five years ago. It takes repeated calls to get repairs done. Parking is a major issue. Many single tenants own more than one car and the home owners across the street have their guests park on Woodcreast property. Since Brooklyn Apartments raised it's rent a lot of the "trash" that would have rented in Brooklyn has been moving into Woodcrest. The "class of tenant" residing at Woodcrest has steadily declined. There are not enough washers and dryers for each building. Half of the bldgs received replacement windows. The rest did not. Those with the old windows...well, it's a single pane of glass! Very cold and drafty in winter. No units received new sliders. The property is 40 years old and in need of major renovations. Windows, sliders and kitchens. The cabinetry in the kitches is orginal! This had been a nice place to reside up until about three to four years ago. The Property Manager just doesn't seem to care anymore. I will not be renewing my lease and will move to Pasadena.

Parking's the pits. It might be nice if each apartment had at least one designated numbered parking space.
