this place sucks, stuff falling apart, cars get broken into all the time. and ghetto isnt the word. been living here for a couple yrs and it isnt getting any better. and every time u turn around theres new people up the office and rules are changing all the time. so who knows what is what around here expect teenagers rules the place and it isnt safe to go out.
