where should i begin,all started when the bowling alley opened above me 24 hrs a day all hour's in the night,car's broken into and spray painted,everything falling apart and if want fixed have to do it your self,have enough wind comming through the back sliding door to power a sail boat,cant ever get hot water,window's in building busting out cause of punk kid's throwing rock's,teen's fighting in gang number's outside your window,have to watch guard your laundry in the laundry room,both bathroom ceeling's leak's from the bathroom's above,and that's what i can remember
