eye opening

I am 1 month into a one year lease. The lease provisions were a joke. The stressed ,"dog walk" I was to use is non existent, and No One but me picks up dog poo.

The $200 fine for driving a moving vehicle on the lawn is not enforced.

There's trash everywhere on the grounds, including food, silverwear, and chicken bones.

Kids run up and down the stairs until late in the evening, apparently unsupervised
