This place is totally ridiculous. Trust me when you go in they are all about you until they get you in and they take their time in repairs. Claiming they never received a call. My son was locked out and they would not let him in the apartment because they indicated he wasn't on the lease when they looked in the computer. Dah when you apply the ask for a list of all residences. When you move out, they create a bunch of freaking fees like painting of the wall $100, replacing carpet $980 when you pay $25 for carpet each month. They indicate that they don't have to show you receipts of carpet being replaced. Not returning keys $40 when you give the keys to someone in the office. Don't do it Don't do it. Not to mention the mice infestation. Oh yes, they are infested with mice and they don't exterminate nor pay you for the mice supplies. i couldn't figure out why my allergies flared up so bad and it was because of the mice that was in the apartment. My credit was great and they made me pay a double security deposit not to mention my girlfried moved in right after me and her credit was jacked and she had no security deposit. I am black and she is white.
