Okay, I don't know what street some of these people live on-but my apartment is nice. I've never seen a mouse (I'd freak out) and the only bugs are those spider-cricket things-which they have a ton of. Parking is great, I always get a spot out front. I like everyone in the office, they always fix my things the same day I call. My neighbors are nice and friendly. I have to say I really like this place. My credit is questionable and I only paid one month's security deposit and I'm black-so there is no racism going on at Woodside.

My friend has an apartment on hallmark dr, and it is very nice... ours is on parke west and is a lot different than hers

I am actually the original poster and I live on Hallmark dr, too. And you're right, it does matter what street you live on.
