When I visited... the rental office gave me great information that lead me to believe that the community was safe, updated and a wonderful place to settle into. I quickly found out that it I was being misled. Within the first six months... I had maintenance in my apartment so frequently that I felt that they lived there with me too and that they should be paying half of the rent!!! I experienced problems with the heating/AC unit from day one... it sounded like a freight train was in the apartment whenever it came on and it continued to rumble so loud that the TV had to be blasted in order to hear and the neighbors could hear it in their apartments and in the hallway. After several "attempts" to correct the problem over a year later it was finally replaced... but not until after having to endure the entire summer with no AC because the unit was broken! There are mold issues in the kitchen and in the bathroom that the rental office will cover up by painting over it... but give it time... it will come through the paint and disgust you too. Also, you will not be able to get food deliveries after dark due to increased crime... robberies, fires, break-ins and other activities. I have come home more nights than I can remember to find loads of cops searching for some suspect in the neighborhood. SCARY!!!! In the fall.. you will experience the same as I did.. the infestation of crickets and grasshoppers all over your apartment building. Who knows how they get in since the rental office will protest that they exterminate once and month and the apartments are well insulated. Oh... and don't forget the noise levels that make you feel like you and your neighbors are all sharing one big house rather than separate apartment homes. You can hear peoples conversation in their living room from the hall and pretty much any noise at all from your neighbor. I'm glad to be leaving and I wouldn't recommend this place to a fly... well, maybe to my worst enemy!!!
