i've been here a month and it's been great. they pay for a bunch of my utilities and the apartment is beautiful. they said they put in a bunch of new stuff in all of the apartments. i've got new cabinets and countertops, all new fixtures and floors and new carpet. they've got some serious specials right now too. i ended up saving like $1,100 between the rent discount and free rent for moving in within a couple of weeks. my youngest clogged up the toilet already and they came right out and fixed it. all in all this has been great compared to the last couple of places i have been. they even just repainted the laundry room top to bottom. i'm just really excited. the pool is going to open up in a bit which is going to be great for my kids too.

Your wrong, I wasn't evicted, i paid my rent ever month on time. The apartments ARE nice but the building I lived in had unsupervised children running wild all hours of the day and night. The leasing office did nothing to stop it!! That was the problem with the building I was in!
