I HAVE LIVED AT WOODSIDE APARTMENTS FOR OVER 7 YEARS AND I LOVE IT HERE I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, I AM CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND NOW A NEW SHOPPING CENTER... EVERYONE IN THE LEASING OFFICE AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND SPEAK TO YOU WHEN THEY SEE YOU THE MANAGER EVEN KNOWS EVERYONE BY NAME NOT BY OH YOU JUST LIVE HERE SHE KNOWS EVERYONES NAME.. THAT SHOWS YOU THAT SHE LOVES HER JOB AND CARES ABOUT EVERYONE THAT LIVES HERE... IF YOU READ ALL OF THE RATINGS YOU WILL SEE THAT EVERYONE THAT HAS SAID BAD THINGS ABOUT HERE NEVER LIVED HERE OR HAS BEEN KICKED OUT!! DON'T LISTIN TO THEM...

I agree with you. I was actually evicted from Woodside (I lost my job and could no longer afford to pay) but they even did that in a nice way and gave me ample chances to pay. It is still a place I look back on fondly. I'm at a different apartment now but I still look at Woodside as the best apartment I ever had. Nice staff, safe place for my son to play, clean conveinant laundry rooms.
