This is the most contemptible apartment complex with horrible management and maintenance that will take forever to answer complaints! What kind of apartment complex requires a medical note in order to fix your A/C in the heat of summer'' Not to mention the neighborhood kids run all over the place, vandalizing cars and throwing paint bombs into balconies. Yes, it is the parent's fault that the kids are everywhere but management does nothing to ameliorate the situation. Not worth the headaches even though the price is not so bad.
